Compass HCM’s Company In/Out Board gives you a quick and user-friendly view of where employees are throughout the day. The board shows a color-coordinated graph for each employee displaying when they clock in/out and their everyday breaks providing managers a convenient way to manage daily employee location and office activity.

Job Costing

Compass HCM’s job costing feature allows our clients to track hours and/or pay to a certain job number, giving them the ability to receive reports and know the costs associated with specific jobs. Job numbers for hours and pay entry can either be manually added using the Rapid Pay Wizard, or employees can clock into jobs using Employer OnDemand time clocks. Certified payrolls are also available.
